Renault has recently released a new video with the Twin’Run Concept, in which the vehicle’s philosophy is being explained.
After it was officially unveiled just a week ago, the brand new Renault Twin’Run Concept is ending up in our news once again, this time with the carmaker releasing yet another video with the model. The footage posted below is probably what the company’s fans have expected and it’s showing the model in action, on the track and not only, and it’s also explaining its design philosophy.
As a quick reminder, the Renault Twin’Run Concept is powered by a 3.5 liter engine, the same one used on the Megan Trophy, which is good for 316 HP (235 kW) and 379 Nm of torque (280 lb-ft) at 4,850 rpm. The unit is mid-mounted and it’s mated to a six-speed sequential transmission, sending power to the rear-wheel drive. The model can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). The Renault Twin’Run Concept is a two-seater weighing 950 kg (2,094 lbs), with 3,680 mm in length, 1,750 mm in width and 1,493 in height.
