The luxury automaker Rolls-Royce has recently announced that the Phantom is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
After the very first unit of the Rolls-Royce Phantom has been presented to its first customer on the 1st of January, ask 2013, at 12:01 AM, now, 10 years later, we are celebrating the anniversary of the luxurious model which is carrying on a huge legacy. “Rolls-Royce is a great British manufacturing success story and I am very proud to celebrate 10 Years of Excellence. The renaissance of the world’s most famous automotive brand and the creation and development of the Home of Rolls-Royce has been an extraordinary and successful journey”, said the company’s official.
According to the British based luxury maker, in its early days of construction, Rolls-Royce was employing less than 400 people, who were assembling one car every day and now the company has more than 1,400 employees, who are producing 20 cars daily. The Rolls-Royce legacy has been continued mainly thanks to BMW, which has separately licensed the brand in 1999, in order to become a BMW subsidiary.
