A brand new Porsche 911 Turbo has been recently destroyed in the Ukraine by protesters armed with baseball bats and shields.
The Ukraine is going through tough times these days as protesters have clashed with the police once again in what turned out to be the bloodiest incident in the country’s recent history. But in between burning the Parliament and occupying some government buildings, the protesters have also found this brand new Porsche 911 Turbo. The German sports car was owned by an Ukrainian politician and it suffered some hard “beating” because of this. In fact, when the protesters stopped, its body was completely ruined.
The new Porsche 911 Turbo has been introduced last year and this is the more tamed version, which is coming with a 3.8 liter six-cylinder twin turbocharged engine. The unit is developing a total output of 383 kW at 6,000 rpm – 6,500 rpm, with a peak torque of 660 Nm, available at 1,950 rpm – 5,000 rpm. The 0 to 100 km/h sprint takes just 3.2 seconds in this sports car and the average fuel consumption stands at 9.7 liters / 100 km. The 911 Turbo S has 412 kW and 700 Nm of torque from the same engine.
