If you thought that pulling the plug on the Lamborghini Gallardo has stopped it from crashing, you’re wrong, because this still remains the most popular vehicle ever signed by the company.
We are opening the new week with the first addition to our Car Crashes section. The model shown in the video posted below is a Lamborghini Gallardo, wearing a gold chrome wrap on its body, which has been recently crashed in Liverpool. The clip isn’t showing us the exact moment of impact but we can tell that the driver has lost control of the wheel due to too much speed and has crashed his ride into the wall. Damages are not that significant but keep in mind that we are still talking about a supercar.
Fortunately no one was injured in the unfortunate incident, which is more than we can say about the driver’s ego or his ride, which will need some servicing in order to return to its former glory, and hopefully the guy holding the wheel will decide to drop that awful golf wrap finish. As a small reminder, the Lamborghini Gallardo has been in production until late 2013 and the company has decide to replace it after ten years. The supercar came with a mid-engine and rear-wheel / all-wheel drive layout, in two body styles, two-door coupe and two-door roadster, getting a 5.0 liter V10 or a 5.2 liter V10 engine under its hood, connected to a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automated manual transmission.
