The brand new Ferrari LaFerrari has been recently caught on camera while it was quietly sitting in the car wash at the company’s headquarters in Maranello.
The Ferrari LaFerrari is managing to enter our news once more, after its public debut back in March 2013, during the Geneva Motor Show, and its many presentations public or private held across the globe, this time with the help of a new video. The clip posted below is showing the company’s first ever hybrid supercar while it was quietly sitting in the car wash. The video was taken in Maranello and we can notice the wrap on the supercar’s rear end.
The Ferrari LaFerrari is taking its power from a massive 6,262 cc V12 engine, which is good for 800 HP (588 kW) and 700 Nm of torque, available at 6,750 rpm. This is backed up by an electric motor, which is providing an extra 163 HP (120 kW) and 270 Nm (199 lb-ft). The total output produced by the petrol burner and electric engine stands at an impressive 963 HP (708 kW). This configuration is allowing the Ferrari LaFerrari to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in less than 3 seconds and to reach a top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph).
