Lamborghini has brought its newest creation, the Aventador Super Veloce, to Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance, where it managed to attract a lot of curious eyes.
The Lamborghini Aventador Super Veloce has had its fair share of publicity and after being officially presented to the public at the beginning of this month, during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, it was also brought to the 2015 Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance. The supercar has been filmed from a lot of angles and it was also captured on camera while it was revving its engine so you should better plug in your headphones before clicking the play button on the clip posted below.
The Aventador SV is the successor of Lamborghini’s Miura SV, Diablo SV and Murcielago SV. The model has a lot of aerodynamic enhancements, a 150 increased aerodynamic efficiency, a 50 kg weight loss compared to the standard supercar and a 170 percent increased downforce. The supercar is packing the same 6.5 liter naturally aspirated V12 engine as the regular model but this has been upgraded and it is now capable of producing a total output of 750 HP (552 kW), enough for a 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint made in just 2.8 seconds. Prices for the Lamborghini Aventador SV will start from 493,069 USD, over-seas, without the 3,495 USD destination charge and the 3,700 USD gas guzzler tax, making it 100,000 USD more expensive than the regular Aventador.
