A brand new McLaren 12C Spider has been recently spotted while spitting some outrageous flames and the whole “incident” has been caught on camera.
The McLaren 12C Spider is being placed into the spotlights once again and the word of the day is flames, but we’re not talking about any spontaneous combustion incident but of an impressive ride which can actually spit some outrageous flames. The action has been caught on camera and it can be seen in the video posted below, but keep in mind that you may end up in love with this impressive British supercar.
The McLaren 12C Spider is the convertible version of the MP4-12C and it has a retractable hardtop. Because the original model has been designed with a convertible version in mind, no additional strengthening was necessary and the 12C Spider only weighs 40 kg more than the Coupe. Top speed of the McLaren 12C Spider stands at the same 328 km/h (204 mph) as the MP4-12C but with the roof down, this drops to “just” 315 km/h (196 mph). Power is being provided by the same 3.8 liter V8 engine, which is rated at 592 HP (441 kW) and 601 Nm (443 lb-ft) of torque.
