The brand new McLaren P1 and the Lamborghini Aventador have recently went head to head in a drag race, which has been caught on camera.
When speaking about extremely powerful supercars and drag races, Indonesia is probably the last place you would think of, but this impressive McLaren P1 has recently went head to head in a drag race against a Lamborghini Aventador, which used to be one of the fastest supercars in production, except for the Bugatti Veyron and the Bugatti Veyron Supersport. The McLaren P1 has been unveiled in 2013, during the Geneva Motor Show, in its final production form. This is the company’s first hybrid supercar and also its fastest road-legal model. It has been produced in just 375 units and each one was sold by the end of last year. It has a 2-door coupe body style and a rear mid-engine and rear-wheel drive layout. Power is coming from a 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 petrol burner and from an electric motor, producing a total output of 903 HP and 978 Nm of torque.
