Another brand new McLaren P1, this time finished in Volcano Red, has been recently delivered to its new customer, the owner of McLaren SF, who also had a red McLaren F1 before.
We have recently seen one of the most famous petrol heads out there, Jay Leno, receive his brand new McLaren P1, which was the first one delivered to the United States, and now time has come for yet another hybrid supercar to meet its new owner. The P1 in question has been finished in Volcano Red, it has Chassis #028 and it’s belongs to the owner of McLaren SF.
The McLaren P1 has been produced in just 375 units and the final production version of the model has been officially unveiled a year ago, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. The hybrid supercar is being assembled in Woking, Surrey, England and it’s offered in a two-door coupe body style, with a rear mid-engine and a rear-wheel drive layout. Power is coming from a 727 HP and 719 Nm of torque 3.8L twin turbo V8, backed up by an in-house developed electric motor, rated at 176 HP and 260 Nm of torque. The total output stands at 903 HP and 978 Nm.
