[VIDEO] See Chris Harris drive and drift the McLaren 650S
Chris Harris has recently had the chance to go for a spin in the newly unveiled McLaren 650S around the Ascari.
The McLaren 650S is still managing to catch the headlines with almost every appearance it has, even if it has been officially presented to the public almost two months ago, during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. The newest video with the British supercar is signed by Chris Harris and it can be seen below, right after the jump. The clip in question is not like everything Harris has gotten us used to and, in fact, you can see the automotive journalist drift the newest British supercar on the Ascari track.
The McLaren 650S is replacing the MP4-12C. The model has received a front fascia similar to the one of the P1 hybrid supercar and a rear end which resembles the one of its “predecessor”. The model in question is offered, just like the 12C, in two body styles, Coupe and Convertible, and it’s also taking its power from the same engine, the 3.8 liter V8, which has been upgraded. The total output of the unit stands at 651 HP (478 kW) and 678 Nm (500 lb-ft) of torque.
