Alfa Romeo has finally released the video with the 4C sports car in its attempt to do a fast time on the Nurburgring, which ended with an official time of 8 minutes and 4 seconds.

The Italian based automaker Alfa Romeo has officially announced that the brand new 4C has managed to lap the famous Nurburgring track in just 8 minutes and 4 seconds and now, a few weeks after the announcement, the company has released the video with the actual attempt, so if you’re curious how the sports car looks in action on the Nordschleife, all you have to do is scroll down and click play.

The 8 minutes and 4 seconds time achieved by the Alfa Romeo 4C on the Nurburgring meant the use of the road-legal Pirelli P Zero Trofeo tires, which were specially developed for it over the course of a few months, and the 895 kg sports car was driven in the Race mode of the dual clutch six-speed transmission. Power to the model is being provided by a 1.75 liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine, which is producing a total output of 177 kW and it has a peak torque of 350 Nm.
