[VIDEO] See the Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG sprint from 0-257 km/h
A new video with the impressive Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG is showing the luxury cruiser accelerate from 0 to 257 km/h (160 mph).
The hottest version of the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class generation, the S65 AMG, is the subject to a new video which is quite different than what we are used to. The powerful luxury cruiser has been taken from 0 to 257 km/h (160 mph) and this has been caught on camera. The speedometer was showing 160 mph, or 257 km/h, but the car is electronically limited to 250 km/h (155 mph) so this was its real speed.
The Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG has been officially unveiled just a few months ago and the model is powered by a 6.0 liter V12 twin turbo engine. The unit is producing a total output of 630 HP (463 kW) between 4,800 and 5,400 rpm and it has a peak torque of 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft), between 2,300 and 4,300 rpm. Power is sent to the wheels through a 7-speed 7G TRONIC transmission which is allowing the model to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.3 seconds and to reach the electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).
The German based automaker Porsche has released the first official video with the recently unveiled 911 GT3 RS in which the model is being taken around the Nardo track.
