Steve Sutcliffe from Autocar was lucky enough to get behind the wheel in the brand new 2014 Porsche 911 Turbo S and it seems that the automotive journalist is impressed with what the sports car has to offer. But are all as good as they seem to be? Well, rather than being spoilers, we will let you watch Sutcliffe’s test drive of the model, which has been posted below.
The 2014 Porsche 911 Turbo S is powered by a 3.8 liter turbocharged and direct injected engine, which is producing a total output of 520 HP (383 kW), mated to a seven-speed dual clutch PDK transmission. The 0 to 100 km/h acceleration in the sports car takes just 3.1 seconds and top speed stands at 318 km/h (198 mph). The average fuel consumption stands at 9.7L / 100 km (29.1 mpg UK / 24.2 mpg US). Prices for the sports car, in Germany, have been set at 195,256 EUR.
