[VIDEO] See the Range Rover Sport SVR at Pebble Beach
The brand new Range Rover Sport SVR has been officially presented to the public during the 2014 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
After it has been officially unveiled just a week ago, the Range Rover Sport SVR is ending up in our news once again, this time with the help of a new video. The clip posted below has been signed by Auto Express and it’s a short presentation of the most powerful production SUV to ever go around the Nurburgring. The footage has been shot during the model’s world debut, at the 2014 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, over the past weekend.
The 2015 Range Rover Sport SVR can easily stand out from a crowd thanks to its muscular side skirts, new front grille, distinctive fenders, gloss black diffuser, large rear spoiler, new rear bumper, four-tailpipe exhaust system and 21-inch alloy wheels. The model is powered by a 5.0 liter supercharged V8 engine, rated at 550 HP (410 kW) and 680 Nm (502 lb-ft) of torque, 40 HP (30 kW) and 55 Nm (41 lb-ft) of torque more than the current range topper. The 0 to 100 km/h sprint takes 4.6 seconds and top speed is electronically limited to 261 km/h (162 mph). The Range Rover Sport SVR has lapped the Ring in 8 minutes and 14 seconds and will have a starting price of 110,475 USD without the destination charge.
