What we have here today is the first video with the astonishing W Motors Fenyr SuperSport, with the company choosing to showcase the car’s stealth-attack bomber-inspired edgy exterior design.
W Motors has been made famous by the latest installment of the Fast and Furious franchise after the principal characters (Vin Diesel and the regretted Paul Walker) used the company’s first hypercar – the Lykan HyperSport – to jump between three skyscrapers. Now the Lebanese-based producer has also delivered a second model – the Fenyr SuperSport which has been developed in partnership with Magna Steyr and RUF. The second production model is even more extreme, being faster and more powerful – the thing they have in common is the angular design. Keeping the weight down are the carbon fiber body panels and the over the top design also seems to have some legitimacy because of aero dynamical optimizations.
By the way, the performances should be out of this world as the Fenyr will come equipped with a RUF-made flat-six 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged engine churning out more than 900 bhp (671 kW) and 886 lb-ft (1,200 Nm) of torque. That should be enough to jump to 62 mph (100 km/h) in no more than 2.7 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 248 mph (400 km/h). So far these figures are on paper and we’re yet to see the supercar perform even a trial run – not even interior pictures have let loose yet. The video depicts the exterior and focuses on the angular body – which should be one of the more expensive out there judging from the fact that its predecessor, the Lykan HyperSport, cost $3.4 million.
