Ferrari has recently tested two units of the brand new LaFerrari on the Fiorano track and the models have been caught on camera by a YouTube user.
Even if the Ferrari LaFerrari has been officially unveiled, in its final production form, just earlier this year, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, and it was also brought to several other public and private events across the globe, the first ever hybrid supercar to come from Maranello is ending up in our news once again, this time with the help of a video. The clip posted below is showing two test mules of the LaFerrari going around the Fiorano track, in Italy.
The Ferrari LaFerrari is coming as with a two-door coupe body style, with a rear mid-engine, rear-wheel drive layout. Power to the model is being provided by a 6.3 liter V12 internal combustion unit, producing 789 HP (588 kW), at 9,000 rpm, and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque, at 6,750 rpm. This is backed up by the KERS unit, with its 161 HP (120 kW). The total output produced stands at 950 HP (708 kW) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque, sent to the rear-wheel drive through a 7-speed dual clutch transmission. This is enough for a 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint made in less than 3 seconds and a 350 km/h (220 mph) top speed.
