[VIDEO] Skoda Rapid Spaceback gets presented in Frankfurt
Following the debut of the new Skoda Rapid Spaceback in Frankfurt, a few days ago, we are now letting you see a video with the model live from the German automotive event.
The Skoda Rapid Spaceback is the second body style of the Rapid and this is also the newest model unveiled by the Czech based automaker. The vehicle in question has been officially presented to the public, in a world premiere, during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, but its unveil didn’t came as a surprise for anyone as our spy photographers have managed to catch it on camera a few times with a camouflaged or naked body and even with Fabia badges on it.
The Skoda Rapid Spaceback is shorter than the Sedan but it has 415 liters of boot space, which can increase to 1,380 liters with the rear seats folded. The model is believed to bring 1.5 million units annual sales for the carmaker in 2018 and it will get features like the Xenon headlights, tire pressure monitoring system, hill hold system, panoramic sunroof, ABS, ESC, front, side and head airbags and more. The engine lineup will include four-cylinder units with power ranging from 73 HP to 120 HP.
