The Czech based automaker Skoda has released several new ads with the new generation of the Superb.
The new generation of the Skoda Superb is returning in our attention once again, this time with the help of several ads, which have been released by the car manufacturer. The clips, which can be found below, right after the jump, are telling us about being “Simply Clever”. But does it really have what it needs in order to be better than some of its rivals such as the Ford Mondeo? Well, Skoda says that it does and that the model has been focused on practicality and high quality materials which have been used in the cabin.
The 2016 Skoda Superb has been officially presented to the public during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, almost two months ago. The model in question is riding on the MQB modular platform, signed by the Volkswagen Group, and it is coming with an 80 mm longer wheelbase compared to its predecessor. With the rear seats in position, the cargo capacity stands at 625 liters, which basically means 39 liters more than the VW Passat and 84 liters more than the Ford Mondeo. Some of the goodies found on the car include the new infotainment system, panoramic glass roof, tri-zone climate control, 12-speaker Canton audio system and more. Power is being provided by petrol engines ranging between 125 HP (92 kW) and 280 HP (206 kW). Diesel lovers can go for the units ranging between 120 HP (88 kW) and 190 HP (140 kW).
