Several examples of the recently unveiled Mercedes-Benz GLC have been recently spotted on public roads, in their homeland, Germany.
After being officially unveiled just last week, the brand new Mercedes-Benz GLC is being highlighted once again, this time with the help of a video, which is showing us a couple of units of the model in Stuttgart, on the road, for the very first time. The Mercedes-Benz GLC is the official successor of the GLK but it has grown compared to its predecessor in order to make room for the smaller GLC. Speaking of the compact crossover, the new GLC is also sharing some of its looks and it doesn’t have anything in common with its predecessor.
The new Mercedes-Benz GLC will have a starting price of 44,506 euros, on its local market, for the GLC 250 4MATIC, being followed by the GLC 220d 4MTIC at 44,863euros and the GLC 250d 4MATIC, costing 46,410 euros. The entry-level model has 211 HP (155 kW) and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque and the mid-range option will be providing its future customers with 170 HP (125 kW) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque. The GLC 250d 4MATIC has 204 HP and 500 Nm of torque. If this isn’t enough for you, rumor has it that the GLC will soon gain a new range-topping versions, the GLC 63 AMG, which is believed to pack the same 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 engine from the AMG GT and from the C63 AMG.
