The upcoming Mercedes-Benz SLC has been spotted in motion on the street wearing a light camouflage on its body.
The brand new Mercedes-Benz SLC is getting ready to be officially unveiled but until that will happen, the carmaker has to make sure that everything is in its right place and working just like it should and more and more spy shots and videos with prototypes will continue to end up on the web. The newest one is showing a mildly camouflaged version of the sports car which has been spotted on the road, in Germany.
The SLC will be nothing more than the facelifted version of the SLK. The model in question will get a new nameplate to show its similarity in size with the C-Class. It is expected to get the “usual” updates meaning that the front and rear bumpers will be slightly updated, along with the lighting units. We are also expecting some tweaks made to the cabin. An even more important change will take place under its hood where the SLC 450 AMG Sport will be making use of the 3.0 liter V6 twin turbo engine, producing 367 HP (270 kW) and 517 Nm (382 lb-ft) of torque. This will be connected to a 7-speed automatic transmission. This version will be distinguished thanks to the more aggressive looks, the larger alloy wheels and the enlarged brakes. The SLK is believed to be unveiled at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, this September.
