The Subaru BRZ sports car is getting into our attention once again, this time with the release of a new promotional video in which the model is battling a snake road.
After it was officially presented to the public not too long ago, along with its sister cars, the Toyota GT 86 and the Scion FR-S, the Subaru BRZ is entering our news once more with the Japanese sports car starring in a new video, in which the model is taking on a snake-like road. If we’ve made you curious, just scroll down and click play, if not, you can read some details on the BRZ below.
The Subaru BRZ is powered by a 2.0 liter naturally aspirated four-cylinder boxer engine, the same unit found on the Toyota GT 86 and on the Scion FR-S, fitted with Toyota’s D-4S direct injection system. The total output developed by the unit is 200 horsepower, available at 7,000 rpm, and 151 lb-ft of torque at 6,600 rpm. The engine can be mated to a six-speed manual transmission in standard or to a six-speed automatic, which is available as an option. The Subaru BRZ is already available in most markets across the world, along with the Toyota GT 86 and its over-seas sister, the Scion FR-S.
