The Japanese based automaker Subaru has released a new promotional video with the XV Crosstrek, which was named “Man’s Best Friend”.

After it was presented already in Asia, Europe and North America, the Subaru XV Crosstrek is ending up in our news once again, this time with the carmaker releasing a new video with the model. The video posted below can be named as sensitive for dog lovers or for people who are used to crying at movies, but over-all, this is one acceptable commercial, compared to what we’ve seen over the years. If we’ve made you curious, scroll down and click play.

The Japanese based automaker says that the Subaru XV Crosstrek is offered in two trim levels, the Premium and the Limited, and the entry-level will get standard features like the iPod control, USB, Aux connectivity, power locks, power doors, audio streaming, Bluetooth and more, while the Limited version will add navigation, rear view camera, windshield wiper de-icer, 6.1-inch touch screen display, power moonroof and heated front seats.

The 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek is powered by a 2.0 liter naturally aspirated flat four-cylinder engine, which is developing a total output of 148 horsepower. The model can return an estimated 25/33 mpg in city/highway and 28 mpg combined. You can watch the latest commercial video with the 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek below. Enjoy!

  1. I really loved this commercial, as did my family. Included extended family when it randomly appeared during our dinner. They all commented on how it was a genuine commercial, and whereas I find most car commercials corny and pretense (hot young guy who looks like a d bag speeding in a car he could never afford) this one had heart. And grabbed me for that reason. Loyalty is a nice trait to a dog and a car.
