A new video with the recently unveiled 2016 Acura NSX is giving us a closer look into the impressive model, which has stormed the 2015 NAIAS, in Detroit.
The most interesting vehicles to be shown this year at the 2015 North American International Auto Show were definitely the new Ford GT and this Acura NSX, both of them in their final production form. If you are a fan of sports cars than the brand new Acura NSX is probably on your Christmas list so if you would like to find out more about it and also to see it from different angles, all you have to do is scroll down and click the play button.
The 2016 Acura NSX stands at 4,470 mm in length, 1,940 mm in width and 1,215 mm in height, with a 2,630 mm wheelbase. The rear mid-engine and rear-wheel drive sports car is packing a longitudinally mounted twin turbo V6 under its hood, with approximately 550 HP, backed up by three electric motors which are creating the Sport Hybrid Super Handling All-wheel Drive. Two motors are mounted up front for torque vectoring and the third one is fitted to the rear between the 9-speed dual clutch transmission and the internal combustion engine. The brand new Acura NSX should be hitting the production line in the next few months but no more details on it have been announced at this time. Rumors are saying that the model will probably start from 150,000 USD, but this hasn’t been confirmed yet.
