U.S. Top Gear presenter and racing pilot Tanner Foust has put his recently unveiled Volkswagen Passat at work in a new clip.
If you are curious to see how the extremely modified Volkswagen Passat owned by Tanner Foust is behaving in action, than you have come to the right place because the racing pilot has put together an impressive video behind the wheel of the impressive car. Don’t expect anything like Ken Block’s Gymkhana but the clip posted below isn’t that far at all.
This one-off Volkswagen Passat drifting machine has received the Rockstar livery on its body and it has the five-spoke KMC wheels wrapped in Nitto NO05 max performance tires and the APR Performance rear wing. The model has a stripped out interior design, Recaro racing seats, Sparco steering wheel, Plex SDM-500 digital instrument cluster, a roll cage and several other goodies. Under its hood, the 450 cubic inch V8 engine is found and this is capable of putting down 700 HP (522 kW) and up to 900 HP (671 kW) on nitrous. The engine is sending power to the rear wheels through a four-speed G-Force GSR transmission. Additional details on this impressive one-off ride are limited at this time but expect more and more videos with it.
