Not the full-scale electric car, of course, but a kid-sized replica made by Tesla in a partnership with the wagon maker Radio Flyer.
If you are a proud owner of Elon’s Musk electric Model S, you should share your joy with your kid. The wagon maker Radio Flyer and Tesla teamed up to build the perfect “toy” for the youngsters to be introduced in the exciting world of electric cars. And the Tesla Model S Radio Flyer seems to be the ideal tool for that. However, it is not exactly a plaything, as the mini-sized replica comes fitted with some high-end features to recreate the Tesla experience. You can choose the paint color, performance, accessories and you can also add further personalization. There are also working headlights, a trunk, a music player, a forward-reverse buttons and it comes in three colors options – Midnight Silver Metallic, Deep Blue Metallic and Red Multi-Coat. The wheels can also be painted in either a silver or choose a matte black finish. The mini Model S is suited for kids with ages between 3 and 8, and it has a weight capacity of 81 pounds. It starts shipping in May and has a starting price of 499 dollars.
