All three versions of the Jaguar F-Type have been recently tested by Top Gear and the footage will be released in the new season, which will air on Sunday.
After releasing a trailer with the upcoming the Top Gear crew has been spotted in London recently, while driving three Jaguar F-Types. The British sports cars were bearing the hefty Union Jack flags on the back and they were driven by the three famous presenters. As usual, Jeremy Clarkson has got the most powerful version, Richard Hammond went for a spin in the mid-range V6 and James May was handed over the keys to the entry-level variant.
As a quick reminder, the Jaguar F-Type, in its final production version, has been officially unveiled back in 2012. The model is available in three versions, the F-Type, the F-Type S and the F-Type V8, with the cheapest one being priced at 58,500 GBP in the United Kingdom. The F-Type is powered by a 3.0 liter engine, producing 340 HP and 332 lb-ft of torque. The F-Type S is getting the same engine, but with 380 HP, while the top of the line is powered by a 5.0 liter V8 engine, which is good for 495 HP and 460 Nm of torque. This will set you back for 79,950 GBP. Top Gear Season 20 Episode 1 will air on Sunday, the 30th of June, on BBX2.
