It may be America’s first hypercar, but it definitely has some serious competitors out there, coming from the Old Continent.
The newest exotic ride is called the Trion Nemesis and it is American-made. The model shown in the video posted below isn’t coming with the production bits and pieces as it is lacking the side mirrors. The first thing we notice is the orange finished body and the lines which seem to be inspired from the Lykan Hypersport and also from the McLaren P1. All-wheel drive RR and IS versions of the vehicle are planned to be released as Trion SuperCars will be making use of a large 9.0 liter twin turbocharged engine, which is believed to be able to put down a whopping 2,000 HP (1,491 kW).
The two vehicles will be basically identical but the former will be setting you back for 1.6 million USD, while the latter will cost 2.2 million USD and it will be limited to just 10 units. A roofless RWD Nemesis GT will also be added to the lineup, coming with the same engine but this will be detuned to “just” 1,400 HP (1,044 kW) and it will cost 1.2 million USD. A 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) sprint is believed to be made in 2.8 seconds, in the RR and IS, and these will get a top speed of more than 270 mph (435 km/h), while the GT will needs 3.5s to reach 60 mph (96 km/h) and it will go up to 218 mph (351 km/h).
