A Porsche Cayman GT4, which is believed to be in its U.S. spec, has been recently spotted on the Autobahn, where it was being driven at night.
The Porsche Cayman GT4 is a highly anticipated sports car which has already captured the hearts of enthusiasts and after being shown for the first time in Switzerland, just earlier this month, it is now returning in a new spy video. The clip posted below is suggesting that this particular ride is in its U.S.-spec because of the “style of the number plate and the sidemarks”, as it is said in the description. Because the video has been taken at night, we can’t really tell if that is true or if this is exactly the U.S version of the model, so we will have to wait and see the differences between the two.
Porsche has officially pulled the wraps off the Cayman GT4 during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. The model has most of the suspension system and the same brakes as the 911 GT3 RS and it is sitting 30 mm closer to the ground than the standard sports car. Power is being provided by a 3.8 liter flat six-cylinder engine, rated at 385 HP (283 kW) and 420 Nm (310 lb-ft) of torque. The unit is connected to a six-speed manual transmission and it is the same one from the 911 Carrera S. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint takes 4.4 seconds and top speed is 295 km/h (183 mph). Prices will start from 85,779 euros, on its home market.
