The German based automaker Porsche has recently released a new video with the 2014 Panamera in action.
After it was officially unveiled just a few weeks ago, the 2014 Porsche Panamera is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the carmaker releasing a video in which the model is being shown in action. The footage posted below is revealing what the updated Panamera has to offer, in its two versions, and it has been released just after its public debut, during the 2013 Shanghai Motor Show, so if you’re interested in the model, you should better scroll down and click play.
The 2014 Porsche Panamera is getting a 3.0 liter V6 twin-turbo engine, which is good for 420 HP. The unit is replacing the old 400 HP 4.8 liter V8. The diesel is now producing 300 HP. The Panamera S E-Hybrid is getting an electric motor, with 95 HP and a 9.4 kWh lithium-ion battery, which can be charged from a conventional socket in 2.5 hours, using a fast charger. This is providing a 36 km range in full electric mode. The fuel consumption stands at 3.1 liters / 100 km. The 0 to 100 km/h acceleration is done in 5.5 seconds and top speed is 270 km/h.
