The German based automaker Volkswagen has just launched a new commercial video where the luxurious CC model is being promoted in Europe.
The Volkswagen CC facelift has been officially presented to the public at the Los Angeles Auto Show, not too long ago, and since then, the car manufacturer has announced that the model will make its European debut too, but until the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, when the CC is expected to be shown, VW has launched a new commercial video aimed at the Old Continent. The refreshed version of the CC is bringing some new technologies and features like the LED tail lights, bi-xenon headlights, adaptive fog lights, multi-function steering wheel, a camera which is detecting road signs and a system which is adjusting the headlights according to other vehicles on the road, named the Dynamic Assist.
The model is also packing the Side Assist Plus with Lane Assist, which is responsible for watching the driving lane and dead angle, while the options list is finished with the massage or climate features for the seats. Under the hood, the facelifted VW CC will come with six engines, three diesels and three petrols, and future customers who want lower fuel consumption can choose the 2.0 TDI with 140 and 170 horsepower, fitted with start/stop and regenerative braking energy. Besides these, there will also be a Blue TDI developed on the 140 HP unit, which will meet the Euro 6 emission standards, coming in 2014. Petrol fans will be able to choose engines with 160, 210 and 300 horsepower. All engines will be available with the DSG automatic transmission and some of them will also get the 4Motion all-wheel drive.
