[VIDEO] Volvo XC Coupe Concept teased for Detroit debut
Volvo has released a first teaser video with the new XC Coupe Concept, which will be officially presented to the public during the 2014 NAIAS, in Detroit.
The Swedish based automaker Volvo is getting ready to officially pull the wraps off its latest creation, the so-called XC Coupe Concept. The model in question will be officially presented to the public next month, during the 2014 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit and it will be offering a first preview of the next XC90 generation. The teaser video posted below is actually revealing some of the lines of the new concept car but we will have to wait for the over-seas automotive event in order to find out more about it.
According to the car manufacturer, the new Volvo XC Coupe Concept is the second of three planned design studies made by Volvo, each one created under Thomas Ingenlath’s watch, the company’s new design boss. The first design study was seen during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show and it was riding on the Scalable Platform Architecture, which will underpin the carmaker’s future models. Additional details on the new Volvo XC Coupe Concept are limited for the moment and will be announced next month, during the 2014 NAIAS.
