[VIDEO] VW Golf R Wagon spied on the Ring once again
The brand new Volkswagen Golf R Wagon has been recently spied while being tested out on the Nurburgring, once again.
The German based automaker Volkswagen has recently said that it has no plans for the new Golf R Wagon so this more practical body style of the hot hatch might never make it to the production line. But considering the fact that the company is currently testing it out numerous times on the Nurburgring, chances are that the car manufacturer has already taken a decision with the future of the Golf R Wagon, and this decision might bring us its production version, during the 2014 Paris Motor Show, this October.
The new Volkswagen Golf R Wagon, or the Golf R Estate as it might be named, is getting a more aggressive body kit, a lower ride, some new front and rear bumpers, large alloy wheels and some other tweaks which will help it set it apart from its regular brothers. The model in question will be powered by the same engine found in the Golf R hot hatch, the 2.0 liter TSI turbocharged, which is rated at 300 HP.
