A video find with a Ferrari 599 GTB drifting around in Saudi Arabia made us want to share it.
Videos with expensive rides being drifted in Saudi Arabia are anything but new and we all remember the ones in which things didn’t go so well for the bystanders and, in a few months, for the drivers, who were often beheaded for their acts. But this new video is showing a Ferrari 599 GTB which is being drifted in an empty parking lot, so even if the police would come, nothing will probably happen, as no one’s life is in danger.
The Ferrari 599 GTB has been in production between 2006 and 2012 and it was offered in a two-seat body style, with a solid roof. The model took its power from a 6,0 liter V12 front mid-mounted engine, which is producing a total output of 612 HP (456 kW), at 7,600 rpm, and it has a peak torque of 608 Nm (448 lb-ft) of torque. The 0 to 100 km/h acceleration is made in just 3.7 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/h (124 mph) in 11.0 seconds. Top speed stands at 330 km/h (205 mph). The 599 GTB has been replaced by the F12 Berlinetta.
