A video with the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster going topless has recently hit the web and you may find out that owning a drop-top supercar isn’t so easy most of the time.
We’re not sure if we have already shown you how the roof of the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster comes off but that’s not important right now, what is mostly important is that this is anything but easy. You have to roll the windows down, pull a lever, get out of the car, pull the two-part roof by hand and carry it into the trunk which is now almost full. So imagine a date with a supermodel with its roof down and rain suddenly starts pouring.
As a quick reminder, the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster is coming with the same engine as its brother, the 6.5 liter V12, which is producing exactly the same output as the one in the Coupe, 690 HP. The engine is mated to a seven-speed automated transmission which is allowing the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 3 seconds, (2.9 in the Coupe) before it can reach its top speed of 217 mph. The Lamborghini Aventador Roadster has a starting price set at 381,000 USD.
