Edmunds.com has recently released a new video in which the road of the Jaguar E-Type to the brand new F-Type is being explained.
The Jaguar E-Type has been considered to be the most beautiful car ever produced by many but we’re not ashamed with the new F-Type either, which looks more than stunning. As Edmunds says in the video posted below, it took Jaguar nearly 52 years to finally be able to produce a car which can state with certainty that it’s linked to the classic ride. If you want to find out more about F-Type’s evolution, from the classic E-Type, all you have to do is scroll down and click play.
As a quick reminder, the Jaguar F-Type, in its final production version, has been officially unveiled back in 2012. The model is available in three versions, the F-Type, the F-Type S and the F-Type V8, with the cheapest one being priced at 58,500 GBP in the United Kingdom. The F-Type is powered by a 3.0 liter engine, producing 340 HP and 332 lb-ft of torque. The F-Type S is getting the same engine, but with 380 HP, while the top of the line is powered by a 5.0 liter V8 engine, which is good for 495 HP and 460 Nm of torque. This will set you back for 79,950 GBP.
