Porsche has recently released a new video with the Cayman in which the company’s design boss is talking about the sports car’s origins.
After it was officially unveiled back in late 2012, and then launched in several markets across the globe, the new Porsche Cayman is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a new video, which was released by the German based automaker. The new Porsche Cayman is powered by a 275 HP (202 kW) 2.7 liter six-cylinder engine, which is allowing it to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.4 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 266 km/h (165 mph). The average fuel consumption stands at approximately 8 L / 100 km. The Cayman S is getting a larger 3.4 liter six-cylinder unit under its hood, which is good for 325 HP (239 kW). The 0 to 100 km/h acceleration is done in 4.7 seconds and top speed stands at 283 km/h (176 mph).
