The Mercedes-Benz GLA45 AMG has been recently spotted on the Nurburgring, where the new model was being tested, wrapped in a lot of camouflage.
The German based automaker Mercedes-Benz is getting busier with each passing week with developing more and more models, and one of these models will be the brand new GLA, along with its top of the line version, the GLA45 AMG. The powerful variant of the crossover was recently spotted on the famous German track, the Nurburgring, where it was being tested, ahead of its public debut which is expected to take place in a couple of months, during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
The brand new Mercedes-Benz GLA45 AMG will receive a sport tuned suspension on its hatchback design, an aggressive body kit, made out of new front and rear bumpers, revised side skirts and some other tweaks along with new design for the wheels. As for the engine found under its hood, the new Mercedes-Benz GLA45 AMG will get the same unit from the CLA45 AMG for from the A45 AMG, which is producing a total output of 360 HP (265 kW) and 450 Nm of torque (332 lb-ft). The unit will be mated to a seven-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT dual clutch transmission, sending power to the 4MATIC AWD system.
