[VIDEO] Wiesmann MF4 Roadster gets crashed in Monaco
The driver of a very rare and exotic Wiesmann MF4 Roadster has managed to crash his ride recently, in Monaco.
One of the rarest vehicles on the road is definitely the Wiesmann MF4 Roadster, even when talking about Monaco, but what happens when you accelerate it and you lose control of the wheel? Well, for instance, you will become a “local celebrity” and people will gather around you and your ride. According to the uploader of the video posted below, the sports car was being accelerated seconds before it hit a tree. The accident happened during a test drive for the Top Marques luxury supercar show.
The Wiesmann MF4 Roadster has a BMW naturally aspirated V8 engine under its hood, with a capacity of 4,395 cc. The unit can produce a total output of 402 HP (300 kW) between 5,500 rpm and 6,400 rpm, and it has a peak torque of 600 Nm (443 lb-ft), available between 1,750 rpm and 4,500 rpm. The unit is mated to a 6-speed sports automatic transmission. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint takes in just over 4 seconds and the top speed stands at 291 km/h (181 mph).
The British based automaker McLaren has no plans of putting a P1 Spyder into production anytime soon, as a company’s spokesman has recently told inautonews.com.
