You might remember that Alejandro Salomon has gone the full length of the supercar world and gathered together five hypercars for a comparison for the ages: the Ferrari LaFerrari, generic McLaren P1 and the Porsche 918 Sypder also fending off the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport and Pagani Huayra.
Such an extreme comparison had to be featured in more than one take and the series was spilt into a trilogy. Jump after the break and you’ll have them all in order, sick for good measure and before hitting the play button make sure you have your popcorn ready. The cars used were all stock and we have high hopes the tires were also evenly matched. All the bits and pieces gathered together, look we know the results from the quarter mile race and track showdown – but of course we won’t spoil the ending and let you enjoy it in full.
Safe to say that we’re utterly grateful to supercar lover Alejandro Salomon and his team of friends that went all about to have the videos delivered to us. The footage has been taken t the private race track operated by California’s The Thermal Club, and the driver used for the circuit comparison was GMG Racing’s James Sofronas – he also lined up against Salomon for the quarter mile shootouts. By the way if you’re wondering why other hypercars – for example the Lamborghini Veneno or any Koenigsegg have not been introduced as well, we also have the video response to that question.
