Vintech P550 Tribute to be revealed at Pebble Beach image

A small French based automaker named Vintech will pull the wraps off of its latest creation, the P550 Tribute, at this year’s Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance on the 17th of August.

According to the small European car manufacturer, the P550 Tribute, which was developed by Vintech, is actually a fresh interpretation of the Porsche 550 Spyder and the vehicle will get a brand new chassis, a carbon fiber body and also a flat-four 3.0 liter engine which will look like the one used on the Carrera. Vintech is saying that the P550 Tribute’s engine will be mated to a five-speed transmission.

The Vintech P550 Tribute is expected to develop a total output set between 260 horsepower and 270 horsepower and the vehicle’s curb weight will be around 550 kg (1,212 pounds). The over 250 HP offered by an engine which is placed on a 550 kg body can mean one thing, that this is one fast car but even if the model has been officially announced for Pebble Beach, we actually don’t know how fast it is because Vintech didn’t tell us just yet. In order to find out more details on the Vintect P550 Tribute we will have to wait for the model to be officially presented to the public on August 17, at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
