Volkswagen has released some additional details with the recently unveiled Amarok Power Concept, which has seen daylight during the Worthersee automotive event, in Austria.
The brand new Volkswagen Amarok Power Concept is ending up in our news once again, this time with the car manufacturer releasing some more details on it. The vehicle in question is getting a unique Dynamic Grey metallic paint job, with some orange accents and a gunmetal finish for the 22-inch alloy wheels and also on the mirror caps. The vehicle is also getting bi-xenon headlights, chrome dual exhaust system and some other tweaks, to help set it apart.
Its cabin has been fitted with an Alcantara wrapped steering wheel, black and orange Nappa leather, bucket seats, carbon leather trim, a 5,000 watt sound system with a DJ equipment signed by Pioneer and Allen & Health, incorporated into the load bed, with a subwoofer and two speakers designed by Void Acoustics and with six loud speakers built into the dedicated sound boxes. Power is coming from a 3.0 liter TDI V6 engine, rated at 272 HP (200 kW) and 600 Nm (442 lb-ft) of torque. The unit is connected to the 4MOTION all-wheel drive system through an 8-speed automatic transmission. The 0 to 100 km/h acceleration is made in 7.9 seconds and top speed stands at 210 km/h (130 mph). The maximum tow capacity is 3,000 kg.
