Volkswagen has recently released more details on the Amarok Power Pickup Concept, which is coming with some interesting updates.
After it was officially unveiled during the 2013 Worthersee over the last weekend, the newest creation in terms of pickup trucks coming from Volkswagen, the Amarok Power Pickup, is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the carmaker officially released more details on the model. The new VW Amarok Power Pickup Concept is getting a bold and aggressive look and it can stand out from a crowd thanks to its new front bumper, grille, bi-xenon headlights, wide body kit, dual exhaust system or unique rear bed.
The Volkswagen Amarok Power Pickup Concept is also coming with an 80mm reduced ride height, with a carbon fiber diffuser or with large 22-inch alloy wheels. The cabin of the model has been fitted with Nubuck leather sports seats, with an infotainment system with an 8-inch display, with a premium audio system and more. Power to the Amarok Power Pickup Concept is being provided by a 3.0L V6 TDI diesel engine, which is good for 272 HP (200 kW) and 600 Nm of torque (442 lb-ft). The unit is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission sending power to the 4MOTION AWD system. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint takes 7.9 seconds.
