The German based automaker Volkswagen has recently introduced a special edition of the Touareg, named the Edition X, which was introduced with some interesting new features.
The Volkswagen Touareg Edition X has been developed in order to celebrate the Touareg’s 10th anniversary and the “X” in its name stands for the Roman numeral for ten. According to the car manufacturer, the Volkswagen Touareg Edition X is coming with some interesting new features, such as the special badging, the silver anodized trim, the panoramic sunroof, the bi-xenon headlights or the 19-inch alloy wheels.
“A decade ago, the Touareg celebrated its world premiere at the Paris Motor Show and since then has been providing off-road competence of the highest level. Volkswagen is now dedicating a new special model to this era of success, the Touareg Edition X, which with numerous exclusive features will satisfy the even most demanding of expectations”, as the carmaker is saying in its official press release.
The interior design of the VW Touareg X hasn’t been left aside either and this is now getting illuminated door sill plates, ebony wood trim or Nappa leather upholstery. A variety of engines will be available for this new special edition of the German SUV and its starting price for the local auto market has been set at 61,025 euros for the V6 TDI BlueMotion version.
