Volkswagen has recently announced its plans to introduce the facelifted version of the Jetta later on this month, during the 2014 New York Auto Show.
The German based automaker Volkswagen will be officially presenting to the public the facelifted version of the Jetta, at the 2014 New York Auto Show, later on this month. The model in question is said to get a refreshed exterior design, to come with new safety and technology features and to get improved fuel economy.
“Volkswagen will debut the 2015 Model Year Jetta at the New York International Auto Show in April. The new Jetta will feature a refreshed exterior, improved fuel economy and a host of new safety and technology features”, says the company in its official press release.
The 2015 Volkswagen Jetta is expected to get a minor facelift which should be visible in its front fascia and, probably, in its rear end too. The cabin of the model is also expected to get some minor tweaks, along with the engine lineup. A new 2.0 liter EA288 diesel is believed to make its way under the hood of the updated Jetta, with its 150 HP (111 kW) and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) of torque. More details on the facelifted version of the Jetta are limited for the moment.
