The Volkswagen CrossBlue Coupe Concept has fully leaked ahead of its public debut scheduled for the 2013 Shanghai Motor Show.
After being teased just a day before writing this article, the Volkswagen CrossBlue Coupe Concept is ending up in our news once again, this time with the help of some leaked images, which are showing the model from just about every angle possible. The VW CrossBlue Coupe Concept is the sportier version of the VW CrossBlue Coupe unveiled not too long ago, and the model is getting a sporty front fascia, LED headlights, a slender grille, a ventilated hood, some plastic body cladding, a tailgate mounted spoiler, a dual exhaust system and more.
The cabin of the model has received a new surfaces and it has adopted a restrained design. Highlights include leather seats, gloss black accents and metallic trim, and we can also find an infotainment system, a rear-seat entertainment system and a digital instrument cluster. Power to the Volkswagen CrossBlue Coupe Concept will be provided by a turbocharged V6 engine helped by two electric motors, which should produce a total output of 415 BHP (309 kW). The 0 to 100 km/h acceleration should be done in 5.9 seconds. Fuel consumption will stand at 3L/100km in an average cycle.
