Volkswagen has recently announced the launch of the new e-Golf in Germany, where the model’s prices have been set at 34,900 euros.
The Volkswagen e-Golf is ending up in our news once more, this time with the company announcing its launch in Germany. The model in question has been priced from 34,900 euros and it’s coming with a wide array of equipment, such as the Discover Pro radio & navigation system, heated windscreen, leather wrapped steering wheel, aero optimized alloy wheels, wrapped in low-rolling resistance tires, C-shaped LED daytime running lights, full LED headlights, automatic climate control and much more.
The Volkswagen e-Golf, which has been described by the company as “the most successful European car of all time”, is coming in an all-electric version, with five doors, with an electric motor which is generating a total output of 115 HP (85 kW) and 270 Nm (199 lb-ft) of torque. The 0 to 60 km/h acceleration is made in 4.2 seconds and from 0 to 100 km/h, the car can sprint in 10.4 seconds. The estimated range stands at between 130 and 190 km (81 and 118 miles). For the 24.2 kWh battery, Volkswagen is offering an eight-year of 160,000 km guarantee.
