Volkswagen Golf 7 Cabrio rendered

The German based automaker Volkswagen is planning to develop a drop-top version of the new Golf 7 generation and the model might just look like the one rendered in the images posted below.

The new generation of the Volkswagen Golf is probably receiving one of the most aggressive marketing campaign in its history and after it was officially presented to the public for the first time during the 2012 Paris Motor Show last month, the model is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of some renderings which are revealing what the next Golf Cabrio might look like.

The all-new Volkswagen Golf will be offered in three trim levels, the Trendline, which will come as the entry-level, the mid-range Comfortline and the top version, the Highline. All trims get the battery regeneration and the stop/start system in standard. The new Golf is 4,255 mm long (+56 mm0, 2,637 mm wide (+59 mm), 1,452 mm tall (-28 mm) and the interior space for the front passengers has increased by 14 mm, while the rear legroom is plus 15 mm.
