The first ever renderings with the VW Golf Alltrack have recently hit the web and they might provide us with a first look into a possible future Golf version.
The German based automaker Volkswagen didn’t release any details or announce any plans on developing the Alltrack version of the new Golf generation but that doesn’t mean that the model doesn’t stand a chance of hitting the production line, especially considering the fact that Volkswagen is already offering an Alltrack version of the Passat. The images posted below are representing renderings posted by Theophilus Chin and we must admit that the vehicle presented looks quite good.
The most striking features seen in the two images in question are the raised suspension system and the plastic body cladding. The model also seems to have some underbody protection, along with the dual exhaust system at the rear and the large alloy wheels. If it will indeed make its way onto the market, than the Volkswagen Golf Alltrack will probably receive the same engine lineup as the regular version, except probably for the units found on the new GTI and GTD variants. More details on the new Golf Alltrack are limited for the moment.
