Volkswagen has recently pulled the wraps off its newest creation, the Golf Variant Youngster 5000, during the Worthersee 2014 automotive event.
Besides pulling the wraps off some pretty unique items, the German based automaker Volkswagen has also introduced the brand new Golf Variant Youngster 5000, during the 2014 Worthersee. The model in question has been marking the debut of this body style at the event and it basically represents the work of six apprentices from Zwickau, who have painted this estate with an Arancio argos pearl hue.
“For the first time, a Golf Variant is being presented at the Worthersee meeting. This Volkswagen model is only produced at the vehicle plant in Saxony. The “Youngster 5000” show car was developed at Zwickau as part of a talent program together with six apprentices. The unique model is painted in Arancio argos pearl”, as the company is saying in its official press release.
The new Volkswagen Golf Variant Youngster 5000 has a name which is making reference to the iPad controlled 5,000 watt sound system, which has been installed in the back. Other features added to the model include the “R” front and rear bumpers, side sills and seats or the Bilstein suspension system. Power is being provided by a 2.0 liter turbocharged four-cylinder gasoline burner, which is coming from the Golf 7 GTI. This has been tweaked and it’s now coming with 320 HP (235 kW).
