The Volkswagen Jetta TDI Value Edition is now available for order across the United States, where the model has been priced from 21,295 USD.
Volkswagen America has recently introduced a limited edition of the Jetta on its local auto market. The model in question has been named the VW Jetta TDI Value Edition and it’s adding some interesting items to the model. Some of the goodies found on it include the heated cloth seats, the electric powered steering, the cruise control, the SiriusXM Satellite Radio, the two additional speakers, the MDI and some other features, on top of the Jetta S.
The VW Jetta TDI Value Edition is based on the Jetta S and one of the most interesting additions to the model is the diesel engine which is coming in the shape of the TDI 2.0 liter. The unit is producing a total output of 140 HP and it has a peak torque of 236 lb-ft, which means 25 HP over the four-cylinder gasoline engine which is found on the Jetta S. The 2.0 TDI is rated at 30 / 42 mpg in city / highway. When compared to the standard Jetta TDI, customers will save up to 2,330 USD by ordering the Value Edition.
